Yes. We have worked diligently to eliminate the use of common allergens in our skincare products. You won't find wheat, soy, corn, or common nut allergens in our products. Our products are free from peanuts and tree nuts such as walnuts, cashews, almonds and pecans. We utilize coconut derived ingredients, which are not typically restricted by those with nut allergies. We do have a milk based product which we do not recommend for those with allergies to dairy products. We have tried to avoid the use of any oils or ingredients that are common irritants to children and adults. However, if you have a known allergy to lavender, chamomile, or rosemary essential oils, it is best not to use our products containing those ingredients. While they have been selected due to their healing and calming properties, they may not be appropriate for a small percentage of consumers with specific allergies. The word ‘hypoallergenic’ means ‘least likely to cause a reaction’. It does not mean that it will never cause reactions on anyone ever. In fact, no product can say that. No. There are no synthetic ingredients and/or artificial preservatives in our products. We only use 100% natural preservatives in our products such as essential oils, vitamin E, and rosemary.

We recommend using our products within 12-18 months depending on the product, from the time you open the product. We also recommended you store products in a cool, dry place.
The reason that we recommend it for babies ages 0-2 years is that when you step up to our next line for kids 2 years and older, it contains essential oils. Though essential oils have wonderful therapeutic benefits, some younger children and babies may be irritated by them. Also, there hasn't been much research on essential oil safety, but the experts who have researched it recommend that they not be used on babies younger than 3 months. Doctors generally recommend using unscented products for newborns and babies because there is less of a chance those products will irritate their new and extremely delicate skin.

Our Lavender & Coconut Soothing Bath Milk and Herbal Tea Bath would be a great way for Mama-To-Be to relax! Our Certified Organic Baby Body Wash & Shampoo Baby & Belly Oil, and Eczema Butter are great products for mama as well. As for the rest of our products, some experts believe that essential oils may be harmful to the fetus during pregnancy, particularly in the first trimester. Therefore, we do not recommend the rest of our products to pregnant women. However, we are excited to say that we will be coming out with a new line specifically for pregnant women soon!

Sodium laureth sulfate (SLS) is a harsh chemical that is often used to create the bubbles in bubble bath, shampoos or body washes. SLS is known to be a common irritant for children and adults and is very drying to the skin. We do not use SLS or any other chemicals or synthetic ingredients to create bath suds or bubbles. The saponified organic coconut oil that we use in our body wash and shampoo creates a silky smooth, luxurious lather that is an incredible natural cleanser while gently cleansing and moisturizing at the same time! Coconut oil is deeply hydrating and has antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal properties allowing coconut oil to be a superior cleanser and skin protectant.
